Peter I. Vogiatzis

Peter advises shipping companies on the financing, refinancing, sale, pooling arrangements, purchase and operation of ships, as well as pleasure yachts. Peter also advises on general commercial shipping and corporate matters. He also advises high net worth individuals in connection with their private investments.

Handled transactions include, inter alia, advising various borrowers regarding facility agreements with top-tier financial institutions, vessel sales and numerous successful vessel deliveries.

Prior to joining Kerameus & Partners, Peter practiced for a number of years in the asset finance and corporate departments of two major international law firms in London and the in-house legal department of one of the largest Greek banks in Athens.
