Fay N. Varda

Fay’s practice is focused on the areas of corporate and commercial law. She advises on issues related to companies’ establishment, commercial transactions and merger & acquisition projects, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements. Furthermore, Fay is involved in various real estate transactions, focusing on property acquisitions, due diligence of real estate portfolios and commercial lease agreements.

She is also experienced in dealing with civil and commercial disputes arising before the national courts.
