Elena L. Stoforou

Elena focuses on individual and collective labour law. She has substantial advisory and litigation experience. She advises on all aspects related to her field of expertise, including the content of employment contracts and collective labour agreements, company policies (e.x. policies against violence and harassment, internal work regulations, telework policies), individual or collective redundancies, TUPE, restructurings and voluntary retirement schemes.

Elena conducts negotiations and litigation and she also represents clients before the Greek Labour Inspectorate.
