Dimitris S. Mourkas
Dimitris specializes in competition & antitrust law and trade law (sanctions, export controls and customs). He also deals with corporate & commercial, mergers & acquisitions and regulated industries with a particular focus on energy.
Over the years Dimitris has advised multinational companies in a variety of sectors including food, consumer goods and retail, energy, mining and infrastructure, TMT, financial services, industrials, manufacturing, shipping and transportation.
Before becoming a partner of Kerameus & Partners, Dimitris practiced for twelve years in the London office of Baker and McKenzie. During his time there he dealt with every aspect of EU and UK Competition Law as well as EU Law and Trade Law (sanctions, export controls and customs). Before that, Dimitris was a research fellow for the Centre of European Law at King’s College London. During his time there he worked with Professor Richard Whish supporting his academic work, as well as his advisory work for multinational companies, international organizations and various governmental bodies.

Dimitris is a visiting Lecturer at King’s College London where he teaches EU Competition law at the LL.M. level.
Dimitris was a non-Governmental advisor to the International Competition Network (ICN) from 2009 until 2014. He was appointed by the UK Competition Authority.
