Dimitra G. Fountoulaki

Dimitra focuses on civil law and litigation including private insurance law, succession law, enforcement procedures, real estate and commercial law. She has extensive experience in representing clients before Greek courts on civil disputes arising from tort, breach of contract, recovery of debts and claims and also on private insurance and lease agreements cases.

Her practice includes advising clients on civil disputes, real estate and commercial lease agreements and she is also specialised in advising on a wide range of private insurance law issues. Dimitra is involved in various real estate transactions, focusing on sales and acquisitions and she regularly handles general corporate matters, such as drafting company statutes, amendments, and minutes of corporate bodies, advising on company formation and establishment formalities. She is also engaged in drafting commercial arrangements, such as lease agreements and service contracts.
