Anastasia D. Stamoulou

Anastasia has particular experience in litigation, real estate transactions, civil and corporate law.

She has worked closely and has successfully supported both domestic and international clients in a wide range of matters, including company set up, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), shareholder agreements, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

She advises and represents clients in civil and commercial disputes, such as contract breaches, shareholder conflicts and claim enforcement proceedings.

She is involved in real estate law matters in relation to the acquisition of real estate assets including by participating in special administration procedures and drafting the relevant agreements and corporate documents for clients.
