Afroditi I. Tzachrista

Afroditi focuses on real estate transactions, including sale and purchase of real estate assets, financing and structuring of real estate acquisitions, resolution of various issues of registration of properties with public authorities, drafting construction and renovation agreements and generally dealing with the legal aspects of acquisition, maintenance and renovation of real estate properties.

Afroditi also focuses on corporate and commercial law matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and advising on companies’ establishment, structuring and daily business matters. Additionally, Afroditi has experience in merger and acquisition transactions, as well as other corporate transformations. Her practice includes advising companies on personal data protection issues, including drafting privacy policies, data processing agreements as well as dealing with complaints of data subjects. She also deals with energy law matters, including renewable energy projects’ licensing process and state subsidies.

Handled transactions include, inter alia, numerous real estate acquisitions by foreign and local investors, provision of advice and assistance to foreign investment groups in relation to the acquisition of real estate assets by participating in special administration procedures, representation of a private equity fund in the process of acquisition of a Greek bank’s foreign subsidiary, representation of local investors in relation to their participation in local companies and drafting the relevant shareholders’ agreements and corporate documents and drafting privacy policies for numerous groups of companies.
