Konstantinos Gatsios is a lawyer, member of Athens Bar Association, promoted to the Supreme Court since 2012 and partner of the Firm. His occupation focuses on both consulting and litigation in the fields of labor law (individual and collective labor law, union law, law of trade unions and employers' organizations). He has been collaborating for many years as Legal Counsel with companies active in the fields of security services, facility management, cosmetics, retail, and shipping, exclusively advising on labor issues and representing clients before the civil courts (special labor dispute procedure), the Labor Inspectorate and the National Social Insurance Fund (EFKA). He has many years of experience in drafting and defending lawsuits at all levels of jurisdiction and before the Supreme Court (such as, for example, invalid dismissals of high-level executives and trade unionists, signing of collective labor agreements, employees’ collective dismissals, compliance with labor and insurance legislation, business transfers, restructuring of business units, etc.) and he has published most of his court decisions in prestigious legal journals (such as the Bulletin of Labor Law, Labor Law Review, Armenopoulos and the Legal Information Bank NOMOS). He is actively involved in attending conferences and scientific seminars on an annual basis, on procedural, labor and commercial law.

Before becoming a partner of "KERAMEUS & PARTNERS", Mr. Gatsios since 2004, had been a senior associate in the Law Office of Stylianos Germ. Vlastos and, from 01.08.2019, had been a founding member and partner of the law firm under the name "K.D. Gatsios - Α.S. Vlastou & Associates ".

Mr. Gatsios is a graduate of:

  • the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Faculty of Law,
  • the long-term training programme in Tax Law by the Professional Training Centre of the Athens University of Economics and Business
  • postgraduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Hellenic Society of Business Administration
  • postgraduate degree in Financial and Banking Administration of the University of Piraeus with subject "The Financial and Institutional Framework of Money and Capital Markets", and
  • the interdepartmental postgraduate degree in Economics - Organization and Business Administration - International and European Studies of the University of Piraeus with the subject "Law and Economics".

He speaks Greek (native) and English.
