Ilias Mikrouleas is a lawyer admitted to practice in Athens, and Partner of the Firm.

His main practice areas are public law, commercial and companies’ law. He regularly represents clients in negotiations and in Courts. His track record spans a wide array of industries, which include facility management, security services, engineering, project management and construction, consultancy and energy. He is a legal counsel to commercial companies, providing advice and support in contract negotiations and in their participation in public procurement procedures.

He has been in the past an associate of a reputable Athens law firm, a counsel in a major construction group of companies and since 2010 a member of the law firm Papagiannakis Mikrouleas and Associates.

He has also been a member of the Central Law-Drafting Committee, an advisory body to the Greek Government and a member of the lecturing staff in the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government in the areas of Administration Law and Better Regulation. He is also a Member of the Board of the Public Law Association, a non-profit scientific association.
